Digital Marketer - Real Estate

About the role

Employd Staffing Solutions Ltd, a human capital consultancy in Nairobi County, is recruiting a proactive, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support its client's marketing and sales initiatives. The role covers digital campaigns, lead generation and integrated marketing activities, based in Kitengela, Nairobi, with a stated salary of Ksh 30,000.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run paid ads on Google Ads and social media to showcase property listings
• Create property photos, videos, virtual tours and blog posts to attract home buyers and investors
• Optimize the company website and property pages for local search results
• Maintain social media profiles and run targeted email newsletters to nurture prospects
• Track website traffic, ad performance and conversions with analytics tools
• Run campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other platforms, supporting lead generation and sales
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Work closely with the Sales Team on project marketing and promotions

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate or property
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Strong visual and written communication, creativity and project management abilities

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or other digital platforms
• SEO tools, social media ad managers, CMS and data analytics software
