Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

The Digital Marketing Intern will support Alpha Shine Real Estate’s marketing team in planning and executing online campaigns that promote land investment opportunities. This full‑time, on‑site position in Nairobi involves creating and scheduling social media content, monitoring engagement and assisting with online advertising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for various social media platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to online inquiries professionally.
• Assist in managing online advertising campaigns.
• Track key performance metrics using web analytics tools.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Update digital channels to ensure consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing materials.
• Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and lead generation.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Nairobi County, Kenya.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Initiative and a proactive attitude.
