Digital Marketing Specialist – FinTech & Consumer Electronics

About the role

Chanteq Limited is looking for a creative, data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to design and run high‑impact campaigns that promote its iPhone financing solutions across Kenya. You will collaborate with sales and commercial teams to attract new customers, raise merchant awareness and expand the brand’s social media footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise paid and organic campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads and local display networks.
• Create engaging visual graphics, short‑form video scripts and persuasive copy for phone buyers and retail partners.
• Generate qualified leads and drive foot traffic to partner stores through performance‑marketing initiatives.
• Manage brand profiles, respond to customer enquiries and monitor online reputation.
• Track KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates, producing regular performance reports and recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in fintech, consumer electronics or fast‑growing B2C brands.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
