About the role
We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Agent to join our team in Nairobi. The role focuses on driving sales of airtime, device acquisitions and related services while providing excellent customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for airtime, device acquisitions and related products.
- Monitor Telkom inventory and consignment stock to ensure accurate daily balances.
- Manage daily cash float and reconcile sales transactions.
- Support and implement customer experience improvement initiatives to boost sales.
- Provide technical assistance to customers, particularly in configuring data devices.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of one year proven experience in sales.
