Executive Driver

About the role

We are seeking a professional Executive Driver to provide safe, reliable, and discreet transportation for our Executive Director and visiting guests. The role requires a high level of responsibility, punctuality, and a thorough knowledge of Nairobi’s road network.

Key responsibilities

• Transport the Executive Director to meetings, appointments, and official engagements.
• Provide transportation services for company visitors and guests as needed.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle remains roadworthy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date vehicle documents, including insurance and inspection certificates.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and presentable.
• Monitor fuel, oil, tyre condition, and routine maintenance requirements.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
• Use GPS and route‑planning tools to ensure timely arrivals.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Prepare and submit vehicle mileage and usage reports.
• Uphold professionalism, courtesy, confidentiality, and discretion.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Driver or in a similar role.
• Diploma in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of Kenyan traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Strong familiarity with Nairobi roads and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and route‑planning tools.
