Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager

About the role

The Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager will lead the daily operations of rooms, public areas and laundry services at Reef Hotel. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will ensure a world‑class guest experience through clean, well‑maintained environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and brand advocacy across the housekeeping department.
• Track, report on, and exceed operational targets.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of rooms, public areas and laundry services.
• Develop, train on, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with 100% compliance.
• Plan and optimise staff scheduling, deployment and performance reviews.
• Prepare regular performance reports for the General Manager.
• Identify and implement operational improvements based on guest feedback and business performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality environment.
• Mid‑level qualification with proven team‑leadership and development skills.
• Strong ability to manage targets, budgets and inter‑departmental relationships.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving capabilities.
