Experience Center Manager – Platinum Store

About the role

The Experience Center Manager will lead the Platinum Store in Nairobi, driving sales, customer satisfaction, and effective stock management. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and the store team, ensuring a seamless experience that showcases Sun King’s solar energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and collection targets set by the Business Manager.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales updates and report customer issues.
• Support the sales team with stock management, product knowledge and promotional activities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and organize events to increase store traffic.
• Maintain a pipeline of walk‑in clients and convert prospects into customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries, escalations and feedback.
• Manage inventory using POS, Angaza and other designated systems.

Required profile

• Degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing, stock‑management or retail sales role.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
• High integrity, professionalism and sound judgment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
