Farm Supervisor – Crop & Livestock Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Farm Supervisor to lead both crop and livestock operations at our farm in Westlands, Kenya. The role involves planning, coordinating and overseeing daily agricultural activities to ensure high productivity and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement crop production plans, supervise land preparation, planting, maintenance, harvesting and post‑harvest handling.
• Monitor crop health, diagnose pest or disease issues and apply appropriate control measures.
• Maintain detailed records of inputs, yields, costs and performance.
• Oversee livestock feeding, breeding, health monitoring and animal welfare programs.
• Keep accurate livestock records including feeding schedules, treatments and production data.
• Allocate tasks to farm workers, coach staff and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Manage farm resources—labour, inputs, equipment—to optimise efficiency and minimise waste.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, challenges and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural best practices, environmental standards and quality controls.

Required profile

• Diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years (48 months) of experience in mixed‑crop and livestock farm management.
• Strong organisational and supervisory abilities.
