Field Marketing Manager

About the role

The Field Marketing Manager will lead end‑user engagement and market development initiatives for a leading consumer and specialty chemicals company in India. You will drive loyalty programmes, product demonstrations and field‑marketing modules while collaborating closely with sales and distribution teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑user connect programmes, ensuring comprehensive coverage and collecting feedback.
• Lead loyalty‑program implementation and maintain strong user relationships.
• Drive market development plans through product demos, trials and marketing tools.
• Gather and share insights on user applications, product gaps and competitor activities.
• Implement new‑product modules and review field‑marketing plans for continuous improvement.
• Provide timely feedback on initiatives, pricing, promotions and competitor actions.
• Induct, train and coach field‑marketing executives; monitor performance against KPIs.
• Conduct field market reviews, submit monthly reports and collaborate with distributor sales teams to strengthen dealer relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, field marketing or business development.
• Preferable experience in the adhesives or specialty chemicals sector.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and deliver results.
