Field Sales Agent – iPOS Platform

About the role

Enduring Technologies is looking for a motivated Field Sales Agent to drive adoption of its iPOS mobile point‑of‑sale platform across the Laikipia region. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing hands‑on training, and delivering ongoing support to ensure successful use of the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential iPOS customers within the assigned geographic area.
• Explain the benefits of the iPOS platform and encourage subscription.
• Profile new customers accurately and work to minimise turnover.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to build a strong customer pipeline and upsell related products.
• Set up the iPOS platform on customer devices and deliver effective training.
• Provide regular on‑site visits and account maintenance after training.
• Respond promptly to technical issues, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Maintain detailed activity reports and communicate progress to supervisors.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and issue follow‑up.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region for on‑site visits.
• Good communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical users.
