About the role

The Field Sales Representative will drive retail account expansion, product distribution and field sales growth for Uncover Skincare in Nairobi. This full‑time position is ideal for a target‑driven professional who enjoys building retail relationships and identifying sales opportunities on the ground.

Key responsibilities

  • Expand retail accounts and increase product distribution across the assigned territory.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, visit stores, and promote the brand to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage territory visits, maintain relationships with retailers and ensure proper merchandising.

Required profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, beauty, skincare, pharmacy or retail.
  • Strong sales and relationship‑building abilities, target‑driven and self‑motivated.
  • Good understanding of retail and territory management, comfortable travelling within the assigned area.

Required skills

  • Ability to build and maintain retail relationships.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
