About the role

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to support the Principals in Busia, Kenya. The role combines personal executive assistance with comprehensive finance, property, and agricultural administration, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across multiple business areas.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements and correspondence for senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, process payments, reconcile bank accounts and prepare financial reports.
  • Administer rental property registers, monitor rent payments, coordinate repairs and liaise with tenants and contractors.
  • Oversee short‑term/Airbnb bookings, guest payments, cleaning schedules and property performance reporting.
  • Track farm expenditures, support budgeting, process supplier payments and coordinate procurement.
  • Provide bookkeeping, account reconciliations and support for business systems such as Zoho and QuickBooks.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts and payroll related documentation.
