Flutter & Frontend Developer

About the role

KooraHR is seeking a senior Flutter and frontend engineer to design, develop, and ship user‑facing mobile and web features. You will work closely with product and design teams to deliver high‑quality, performant interfaces for our people‑analytics platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship mobile and web features using Flutter (mobile & web) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Integrate frontend and mobile apps with backend services via RESTful APIs and third‑party services such as payments, messaging, analytics, and e‑commerce.
• Monitor, profile, and optimise frontend and mobile performance while ensuring secure handling of authentication and sensitive data.
• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.
• Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building mobile and/or frontend applications in production.
• Strong hands‑on Flutter experience with shipped production apps (Flutter web a plus).
• Proficient JavaScript development with Vue.js or React.
• Solid UI/UX, responsive design, and performance optimisation skills.
• Experience integrating with backend APIs and using Git in collaborative workflows.
• Bonus: experience in fintech or payment systems.
