Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager leads the day‑to‑day operations of the hotel’s F&B service, production and entertainment teams. Reporting to the General Manager, the role is responsible for delivering world‑class products and exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the hotel brand and track, report and exceed performance targets.
• Supervise daily activities of F&B service, production, animation and entertainment departments in line with established policies.
• Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs and international hygiene standards.
• Prepare regular performance reports for the General Manager and Controller.
• Recommend improvements based on business performance, marketing realities and guest feedback.
• Lead sales initiatives for all F&B outlets and entertainment offerings.
• Develop and implement SOPs for each department.
• Monitor food cost indicators to stay within approved budgets.
• Conduct monthly staff performance reviews and participate in the company’s performance management system.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 3 years) in food and beverage management within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and mentor departmental teams.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking targets, budgets and cost indicators.
• Excellent knowledge of international hygiene and service standards.
• Ability to develop and enforce SOPs and drive continuous improvement.
