About the role
A leading resort in Athi River with over 70 villas is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead its food and beverage operation. The role delivers excellent guest experiences, consistent quality and healthy margins.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, bar, kitchen and banqueting/events.
- Plan menus and pricing with the kitchen and maintain food quality, portion and presentation standards.
- Control food and beverage costs, wastage, stock and inventory.
- Recruit, schedule, train and supervise F&B staff.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and licensing compliance.
- Handle guest feedback and prepare sales and cost reports for the General Manager.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or a related field.
- 3+ years in F&B supervision or management in a hotel or resort.

What we offer
- Basic salary of Kshs 50,000 gross per month.
- Housing and food provided.
- 3-month probationary period, followed by a 2-year renewable contract subject to satisfactory performance.
