Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are hiring a Remote Full-Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology company. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality code that trains and optimizes AI models while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Produce comprehensive explanations and rationales for model evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine-tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of high-quality, task-specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full-stack development.
• Experience with Node.js backend development.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
