Full-Stack Developer – Remote (JavaScript/TypeScript)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology client on a full‑time remote basis. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality code that trains and optimises AI models while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimisation.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Produce comprehensive explanations and rationales for model evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js backend development.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
