Fundraising Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Fundraising Sales Representative to engage the public in busy locations across Nairobi and encourage long‑term monthly donations for our charitable campaigns. The role is ideal for candidates with field‑sales or activation experience who thrive under daily targets and high‑rejection environments.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and converse with members of the public in high‑traffic areas such as streets, malls and events.
• Communicate the organization’s mission and campaign impact clearly and passionately.
• Convert interested individuals into regular monthly donors through persuasive conversation.
• Own and meet individual fundraising targets on a daily basis.
• Build instant rapport, listen actively and address concerns to foster trust.
• Handle objections and maintain resilience in a high‑rejection setting.
• Represent the organization professionally, upholding its integrity and enthusiasm.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, commerce or a related field.
• Experience in field sales, activations, customer acquisition or similar roles, preferably within a charity or NGO.
• Ability to start immediately.
