About the role
Safal Group is offering a Graduate Mechanical Trainee position for recent university graduates. This role provides an opportunity to apply mechanical or mechatronics engineering knowledge in a dynamic manufacturing environment, supporting operational practices and gaining practical experience. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers and contribute to the company’s construction‑related projects.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Maximum two years of post‑university experience.
- Age 28 years or younger.
- At least a B+ grade in KCSE.
- Strong academic record.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to understand operational practices based on theories and models.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
