About the role
World Vision is seeking a motivated graduate to join its People & Culture team in Nairobi. This internship offers hands‑on experience supporting HR functions while contributing to the organization’s mission of serving vulnerable children and families.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with human resource and personnel development activities.
- Support employee relations, consultations, and onboarding processes.
- Help maintain employee guidelines and HR documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture department.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, obtained within the last two years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Eagerness to learn, detail‑oriented and organized.
- Alignment with World Vision’s Christian values and commitment to safeguarding children.
