About the role
World Vision is seeking a motivated graduate to join its Research & Development team in Nairobi. This full‑time internship offers an office‑based environment with limited field travel, allowing you to apply academic knowledge to real‑world development challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute research plans aligned with programme objectives.
- Collect, clean, and organise quantitative and qualitative data.
- Perform data analysis and prepare concise reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the integration of faith‑based perspectives into research outputs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Project Management or a related field, obtained within the past two years.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to Christian values and World Vision’s ethos.
- Leadership experience in church, Christian Union or similar organisations.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Swahili.
