About the role
We are seeking a Graduate Trainee to support our manufacturing operations in Nairobi. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in production planning, quality compliance and process improvement within a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily manufacturing operations and workflow coordination.
- Support production planning and monitor compliance with quality, safety and GMP standards.
- Prepare production records, reports and documentation.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve production targets.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Manufacturing, Food Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a cosmetic, pharmaceutical or food manufacturing facility.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.
