Graduate Trainee Program – Multiple Roles in Construction & Finance

About the role

Taison Group Limited is launching a Graduate Trainee Program for recent graduates to gain practical experience across its core business areas. Trainees will work alongside senior professionals on design, construction, procurement, finance and interior architecture projects in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Support quantity surveying activities, including measurement, cost estimation and contract administration.
• Assist procurement and supply‑chain teams with supplier management, inventory control and purchase order processing.
• Contribute to finance functions such as accounting entries, financial reporting and budgeting.
• Participate in interior design tasks, preparing drawings and visualisations using industry software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree obtained within the last two years in Quantity Surveying, Procurement & Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Interior Architecture or a related field.
• Basic understanding of the respective discipline’s principles and processes.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, real‑world project environment.
