Graphic Design Manager – Overseas Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead visual design for our overseas marketing initiatives. The role will create high‑impact key visuals, build a scalable visual system, and manage a design team to support brand growth across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of core visual designs for overseas campaigns, producing key visuals and a full set of deliverables such as posters, social media graphics, video covers, and event materials.
• Adapt visual styles to local cultural characteristics while maintaining global brand consistency.
• Design product marketing assets for overseas markets, including brochures, launch posters, product detail page visuals, and short‑form video covers.
• Build, optimise and manage the overseas visual design system, including guidelines, templates and standards.
• Allocate tasks, manage timelines, provide creative guidance and mentor the design team.
• Collaborate with Overseas Marketing, Product, Sales and other cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into visual solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with global design and marketing trends and ensure compliance with local laws and cultural norms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience, including 1–2+ years of team management.
• Experience with well‑known advertising agencies or large commercial design projects.
• Proven ability to independently create campaign key visuals and deliver complete asset sets.
• Experience in overseas or international brand projects is highly preferred.
• Strong aesthetic sense, colour theory knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to handle multiple fast‑paced projects.
