Graphic Designer

About the role

Crafted PR Limited is looking for a talented and highly organized Graphic Designer to join its Creative & Design team in Nairobi. You will develop compelling visual concepts and high‑quality creative assets for a varied portfolio of corporate, government, NGO, development‑partner, multinational and private‑sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, branding and visual identities for campaigns.
• Design content for social media, websites, digital advertising, publications, reports, presentations and marketing materials.
• Create event and conference branding, including backdrops, signage, exhibition graphics and promotional items.
• Prepare print‑ready and digital artwork and coordinate with production suppliers.
• Collaborate with PR, communications, marketing, copywriting, events and account teams.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining brand consistency and attention to detail.
• Contribute to pitches, campaigns and proposals.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Advertising or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic‑design experience, preferably in a creative, advertising, PR, marketing or events agency.
• Strong communication, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with After Effects.
• Experience with Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Canva Pro.
