Junior Interior Design & Procurement Assistant

About the role

This full‑time, 100% remote position supports hospitality, commercial and residential interior design projects. The junior assistant works closely with the design team, handling both creative visualisation and detailed procurement documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality 3D interior renderings from floor plans, elevations and inspiration images.
• Research and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, lighting and accessories, ensuring they meet aesthetic, budget and performance criteria.
• Maintain comprehensive specification books and detailed procurement trackers from quote to installation.
• Manage vendor and trade accounts, handling applications, discount structures and order communications.
• Assist with space planning, CAD reading and design documentation.

Required profile

• Licensed interior designer with strong understanding of scale, proportion, materials and finishes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
• Proficient written English for professional vendor communication.
