Graphic Designer

About the role

Exprell is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its production partner, Maridadi Stitches, a Nairobi‑based garment manufacturer specializing in sublimation and DTF printing. The role is hands‑on, allowing the designer to see concepts move from screen to finished apparel.

Key responsibilities

• Design print‑ready graphics for sublimation, DTF and related production formats.
• Translate client briefs into accurate, production‑ready files, ensuring correct Pantone/CMYK matching, sizing and layout.
• Collaborate closely with the production floor to guarantee designs reproduce cleanly on garments.
• Manage multiple design requests while meeting production timelines.
• Maintain consistent brand and quality standards across all projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or equivalent).
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Nairobi.
• Portfolio that demonstrates a range of production‑ready work.
• Experience with garment‑printing machinery is a plus, but not mandatory.
