Head of Business Development & Growth (Real Estate & Property)

About the role

The Head of Business Development & Growth will lead Kaziweza Limited’s expansion in the real‑estate and property sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape growth strategy, drive revenue, and build strategic partnerships to increase portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor annual and quarterly growth plans, setting targets for revenue, occupancy, leads and conversions.
• Define brand visibility and customer‑acquisition strategies, overseeing SEO and marketing campaigns to support bookings and portfolio growth.
• Set and track revenue metrics such as ADR, RevPAR and channel performance, adjusting pricing to market conditions.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, relocation agencies, property agents and developers, expanding into new locations and segments.
• Design client‑retention programs, use feedback to improve offerings, and coordinate cross‑departmental initiatives to meet shared growth targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Hospitality, Real Estate or a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial growth or real‑estate sales.
• Proven ability to create and execute growth strategies, manage full sales funnels and lead high‑value negotiations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, pricing and performance reporting.
