About the role

The Health Centre Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, cost‑effective preventive and curative services. This role focuses on patient‑centred care while driving efficient day‑to‑day operations of the health centre.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to achieve high‑quality, patient‑focused outpatient services.
• Oversee administrative and operational functions to ensure seamless, sustainable healthcare delivery.
• Champion clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and proactive risk management.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams to foster accountability and service excellence.
• Optimize utilization of financial, human, and operational resources for productivity and cost‑effectiveness.
• Support business growth, service expansion, and continuous operational improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery, Nursing, or Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical practice.
• Experience in healthcare operations or team leadership is desirable.
