About the role

The African Development Bank offers a hybrid HR Management Internship that provides practical experience in human resources within a development finance environment. Interns will work either remotely or on‑site, supporting the Bank’s HR functions while gaining exposure to international development projects.

Required profile

Must be at least the age of majority in their country and not older than 30 years at the start of the internship.
Currently enrolled in a recognised master’s degree programme (or within one year of graduation).
National of an African Development Bank member country.
Fluent in English or French.
Ability to use standard Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); SAP knowledge is a plus.
