HR Trainee – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated HR Trainee to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, database management, and attendance tracking. Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating logistics between hiring managers and applicants.
• Support onboarding for new hires, preparing welcome packages, collecting documentation, and coordinating first‑day activities.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help manage weekly and monthly attendance tracking, generate basic HR reports, and assist with general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Prior internship or 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred, though motivated fresh graduates are welcome.
