About the role
We are seeking experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officers to support our operations in the oil and gas sector. The role involves ensuring compliance with HSE standards, managing contractor safety programs, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor Contractor HSE Management Systems (HSEMS).
- Prepare and analyse HSE performance reports and dashboards.
- Conduct comprehensive HSE audits and inspections.
- Lead hazard identification, risk assessments and mitigation planning.
- Ensure adherence to relevant international HSE standards and regulations.
Required profile
- Engineering degree or a technical diploma with at least 3 years of study.
- NEBOSH certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 6 years of progressive HSE experience, including at least 3 years in oil and gas.
Required skills
- Contractor HSE Management Systems (HSEMS)
