HUB Coordinator

About the role

Welthungerhilfe is seeking a HUB Coordinator to lead the establishment, development and daily operations of its Global Admin HUB in Nairobi. The HUB is a core component of the ZAMI initiative, aimed at increasing efficiency and compliance through standardized, digital administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead and continuously develop the Global Admin HUB and its team in Nairobi.
• Recruit, onboard and train HUB team members in coordination with the Head Office.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, providing supervision, guidance and support to staff.
• Ensure timely, efficient and high‑quality service delivery in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Support the phased transition and integration of operational processes and systems into the HUB.
• Act as the primary liaison between the HUB, Country Offices and Head Office to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Coordinate resolution of operational issues together with HUB teams and relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading administrative or operational teams.
• Strong people‑management and coordination skills.
• Ability to ensure reliable, high‑quality service delivery.
• Experience with process standardisation, digitalisation and compliance in a multi‑site environment.
