About the role
Muraga Technical Training Institute is looking for an ICT Trainer to deliver information and communication technology training to learners in Nairobi. The role involves planning and conducting classroom sessions, ensuring learners acquire practical ICT skills.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver ICT courses to students, following the institute’s curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer lab equipment.
- Keep accurate records of attendance and progress.
- Stay updated with emerging ICT trends and incorporate relevant content.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Building and Technology.
- Demonstrated pedagogical skills – teaching ability is mandatory.
- Strong interest in ICT education and capacity to engage learners.
