Inbound Warehouse Coordinator – 60k

About the role

The client, a leading FMCG/manufacturing organisation, is looking for an Inbound Warehouse Coordinator to ensure smooth inbound operations and tight inventory control. You will work closely with production, procurement, finance and external partners to keep material flow efficient and accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound processes including receipt, storage, maintenance and issuance of inventory.
• Manage inventory transactions in SAP, ensuring real‑time and accurate posting.
• Verify quantities and quality of deliveries against purchase orders and process rejection notes for non‑conforming items.
• Monitor inventory movements, conduct regular stock counts and SKU reconciliations, investigating any variances.
• Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness and 5S standards, applying FIFO principles.
• Support warehouse improvement projects and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, finance, QA, materials planning, suppliers and transporters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in a business‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years of inventory management experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Professional qualification or progress towards CIPS certification is an advantage.
• High level of computer literacy and experience with SAP or another ERP system.
