Inhouse Account Manager

About the role

The Inhouse Account Manager joins the Sales Team to manage an assigned portfolio of construction customers. You will generate sales, develop new business opportunities and act as the bridge between customers, Hilti Store Representatives and field Account Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned construction customers and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Generate sales and identify new business opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Collaborate closely with Hilti Store Representatives and field Account Managers to meet company growth targets.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and present innovative, cost‑efficient construction solutions.
• Present the company’s value proposition and support customers in selecting the best solutions for their needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering‑related field.
• Proven results in outbound phone sales (minimum 3 years of experience).
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, determined, result‑oriented mindset with excellent time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, be persuasive and resilient.
