Invoicing & Receivables Accountant Assistant

About the role

The Invoicing & Receivables Accountant Assistant will support the finance team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and managing receivable accounts. This position plays a critical role in maintaining cash flow and supporting the manufacturing operations of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Validate invoices with supporting documentation and post them in SAP.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer account records and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and allocate customer payments.
• Perform account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and assist with ageing reports.
• Liaise with Sales, Logistics, Operations and customers on invoicing queries.
• Support month‑end receivables reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices and related records.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor of Commerce, CPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
