iPOS Field Sales Agent (Narok)

About the role

The iPOS Field Sales Agent will be responsible for onboarding, training and supporting customers who use the iPOS mobile point‑of‑sale platform. This role focuses on the Narok region, helping agricultural dealers and SMEs adopt the technology to improve sales tracking, inventory management and business forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential iPOS customers within the assigned geographic area.
• Explain the benefits of iPOS and encourage new customers to subscribe.
• Profile new customers accurately and work to minimise turnover.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to build a strong customer pipeline and upsell related products.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, including device setup, software installation and hands‑on training.
• Provide ongoing customer support through regular visits, account maintenance and prompt resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain detailed activity reports and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with at least one month of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to travel within the Narok region and work independently in the field.
• Basic literacy in English and familiarity with mobile devices.
