Junior Designer

About the role

Spin‑Knit Limited’s Robin brand is looking for a Junior Designer to join its marketing and creative team in Nairobi. The role is ideal for an early‑career designer who wants to create on‑brand visual content for social media, digital campaigns and marketing collateral while learning in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media platforms, digital advertising and printed marketing materials.
• Create motion graphics and simple animations for reels, videos and other short‑form content.
• Edit short‑form video clips for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and similar channels.
• Interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into fresh, on‑brand visual solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design and social‑media trends and bring fresh inspiration to the team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or digital content creation.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail and visual storytelling.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborative, solutions‑oriented attitude.
