Junior IT Trainer

About the role

The Junior IT Trainer will support the delivery of training programmes for clients adopting our partner's software solutions. This entry‑level position blends content creation, administrative coordination, and hands‑on session delivery to ensure smooth user onboarding and daily software utilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering standard software training sessions covering productivity tools, basic cloud navigation and hosted telephony features.
• Create and maintain user documentation, quick‑start guides and short video tutorials written in plain language.
• Facilitate baseline cybersecurity awareness modules and help monitor performance metrics during simulated phishing campaigns.
• Coordinate training logistics, schedule workshops, track completion records and compile feedback evaluations.
• Collaborate with the helpdesk to analyse low‑level support tickets and develop new self‑help training assets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Technology or a related technical field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk, customer support or entry‑level training role.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ are highly advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a patient, troubleshooting mindset.
