Junior Loyalty Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Loyalty Support Specialist to help run and enhance our loyalty program. You will work with promo codes, marketing campaigns and partner teams to ensure smooth operations and improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle requests in the Slack channel related to promo code creation and other marketing campaigns.
• Support first‑line colleagues with questions about the loyalty program and promo codes.
• Participate in program development by collecting feedback, suggesting improvements and helping implement new features.
• Communicate with marketing, support and development teams to align initiatives.
• Prepare activity reports using spreadsheets and manage simple projects from requirement clarification to completion.
• Validate self‑registered partners in specific regions and answer partner inquiries via email and follow‑up calls.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
• Ability to handle large volumes of information and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic spreadsheet proficiency (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
