Junior Sales Executive – Furniture

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our furniture division in Nairobi. The role focuses on driving sales, building customer relationships, and supporting the end‑to‑end sales process for interior design and furniture products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling and walk‑in customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and closing deals.
• Cross‑sell and upsell complementary furniture items and accessories.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Deliver product presentations, showroom tours and consult customers on design, materials and customization options.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation, payment follow‑up, delivery coordination and after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, logistics and installation teams to ensure accurate order processing.
• Update CRM records, maintain sales pipelines and produce regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 24 months of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for interior design and furniture.
