Legal Talent Sourcer

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will identify, engage and attract high‑quality candidates for legal positions, supporting both current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for legal roles.
• Conduct market research and candidate mapping.
• Engage potential candidates, assess initial fit and keep them informed.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and sourcing metrics.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or related fields.
• Strong research and candidate identification abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 level).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and be detail‑oriented.
• Proactive and resource‑ful mindset.

Required skills

• LinkedIn (including Recruiter) for candidate search.
• Other sourcing platforms and candidate databases.
