LiDAR Labeling Operations Policy & Quality Expert

About the role

Fuzu Atlas is looking for a senior‑level expert to lead policy development and quality management for multi‑sensor LiDAR labeling projects supporting autonomous‑vehicle programs. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating and maintaining high‑quality annotation standards across LiDAR, camera, radar and sensor‑fusion workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve annotation policies for 3D LiDAR object labeling.
• Define clear standards for multi‑sensor data annotation, ensuring consistency across teams.
• Monitor labeling quality, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and data‑science teams to align labeling outputs with autonomous‑driving model requirements.
• Support the creation of high‑quality datasets for autonomous‑driving systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) experience in LiDAR or multi‑sensor data annotation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear policies.
• Proven track record of managing labeling quality in autonomous‑vehicle projects.
• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
