About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support our fashion, beauty and lifestyle initiatives in Nairobi. The role will focus on building and managing brand partnerships, conducting outreach and supporting campaign execution.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential brand partners through cold outreach and pitching.
- Maintain and update CRM or tracking tools to ensure accurate relationship data and reporting.
- Draft and review simple partnership agreements and contract documents.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks and follow‑up communications for prospective collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with overall marketing strategy.
Required profile
- Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and pitching abilities.
- Good understanding of the fashion, beauty and lifestyle space in Nairobi.
- Organised and disciplined with a focus on accurate CRM upkeep and reporting.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
