About the role
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to support our growing team. In this role you will act as a central hub for scheduling, logistics and internal communications, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments and external partners. Key responsibilities
- Coordinate complex schedules, travel arrangements and logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Take ownership of meeting notes, follow‑ups and lightweight reporting.
- Streamline internal communications across teams and partners to improve efficiency.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in operations, administration or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments.
