About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to support our growing team. In this role you will act as a central hub for scheduling, logistics and internal communications, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments and external partners. Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex schedules, travel arrangements and logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Take ownership of meeting notes, follow‑ups and lightweight reporting.
  • Streamline internal communications across teams and partners to improve efficiency.

Required profile

  • 1‑3 years of experience in operations, administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments.
