Marketing Representative – Property Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Representative to promote Ebony Estates’ property portfolio, generate qualified enquiries and help clients find properties that meet their needs. The role combines digital marketing, client follow‑up, property viewings and close coordination with the sales and property management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Market residential and commercial properties through online listings, social media, WhatsApp and other suitable channels.
• Prepare clear, accurate property descriptions and keep listings, prices and availability up to date.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, then follow up with prospective tenants and buyers.
• Track inquiries, viewings and leads, providing regular updates on marketing activity and results.

Required profile

• Sales experience with a proven ability to meet targets.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and campaigns.
• Experience using social media, WhatsApp and online listing tools.
