Mizizi & Amplify Program Lead

About the role

A Fresh Chapter is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the Mizizi workshops and the Kenya implementation of the Amplify facilitator training model. This full‑time position focuses on delivering high‑quality programs that support people affected by cancer, ensuring consistent impact measurement and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Kenya Country Manager to plan workshop locations, engage community partners, and manage handoffs.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of Mizizi workshops, including preparation, site visits, on‑site coordination, follow‑up, and data capture.
• Provide supervisory guidance to the Mizizi Training and Lead Facilitator, ensuring effective preparation, facilitation, debriefing, and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with the Kenya Senior Program Coordinator on budgets, financial requests, expense tracking, and operational requirements.
• Lead the Kenya‑based rollout of Amplify, translating global priorities into local plans and strengthening facilitator readiness and performance systems.
• Maintain clear communication, tracking, and accountability systems for facilitators and alumni.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and program‑delivery experience, preferably in the NGO or health‑care sector.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work hands‑on in field settings and manage multiple priorities.
