About the role
The company is seeking an Office and Administration Assistant to support daily operations in its solar energy business. The role combines clerical, financial, and liaison responsibilities while requiring a valid driving licence.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain financial records, files and budgets related to office operations and programmes.
- Manage relationships with local government authorities and assist with company licence applications.
- Prepare and schedule travel arrangements for office personnel.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, copying, filing, faxing and mailing correspondence.
- Provide backup support to legal assistants and undertake other specialised tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Proficient driver; candidates without driving skills should not apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Minimum two years of college education or equivalent and at least two years of general office experience.
